Gratuities: Approx. 10% of the hunt cost (less 3rd party charges) for those that made your hunt memorable
Shipping: Final trophy care and shipping available locally. |
Booking Terms
- Pricing is in USD and is quoted at a minimum of par value with the CDN dollar; adjustments will be
made on payment dates to reflect current values (www.exchangerate.com)
- $5000 payable on booking; 50% due by Jan. 1st and 100% of the hunt contract due by June 1st of the
hunt year: non-utilized trophy fees, charter fees, and applicable taxes will be refunded
- Cancellations permitted prior to Jan. 1st of the hunt year with a 50% refund penalty. No refunds on cancellations
after Jan. 1st of the hunt year; hunt payments are transferrable to alternate parties.
- Personal checks accepted for all deposits and scheduled payments. Cash, bank drafts, or travellers
checks only for additional trophy fees
